Training Day 6 of 126 (Countdown to 1/17/10)

Todays Training is "a day of rest", which is a good thing.
With such a busy day and because I have run for the last 3 days, I think a day of rest is goood.
But, I didn't really rest, I went to my Jenny Craig appointment where I finally met my 1st goal weight... ok, I started last July 29th, 09 - and as of today, have come down 27.4 lbs..
ya-hoo and I had an afternoon concert to go to and I just got home (2am).
I am tired and don't feel the ability to write more in the blog.
But, I will say that the long run for tomorrow had been rescheduled for Sunday (knowing in advance that I would have tired legs from dancing at the concert.
